The Meaning Of Success
In 1997, JAD first opened its doors in New York City. Originally, it was the creative outlet for two young Art Directors who craved a way to freely express their raw talent in the big city.

In 1999 JAD relocated to Hampton Roads. In Virginia Beach and in Norfolk, JeanAlan Design experienced both exponential growth and reorganization after the events of 9/11. One key component has remained consistent over the years and that is the tireless efforts of Donna J. Conversano.

Donna brings years of design knowledge to JAD from having sharpened her skill set in many sectors of the graphic design and web industry. These include: package design, greeting cards, international marketing, a dot com start-up and most recently Spirit Cruises. Donna currently holds a BFA in Graphic Design and is a classically trained fine artist.
